Last year I was chosen to be a “sous chef” / helper for Father Leo Patalinghug’s Savoring Our Faith TV show.  Father Leo ties in food with Faith.  A few have been asking me when it would air.  It will be airing on Thursday, November 5, 2015, on the EWTN channel.

You will need to check your cable listing for the time it will be airing.  For Direct TV customers, it will air at 2:00 PM.  This show features a graduate of St. Vincent Culinary Arts program. I will be in the background assisting.
