Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Parmesan Cheese

Looking for a quick Thanksgiving side dish, try my easy roasted brussels sprouts topped with garlic, cheese, and bacon. This side dish is easy to make. Enjoy it as a side dish, appetizer, or make it a meal on its own.
This recipe serves 2 people as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts cut in halves or fourths (depending on size with ends discarded, washed and dried)
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 4 slices of cooked bacon chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1-2 tbspn Olive Oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- On a baking sheet, add brussels sprouts and mix with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Shake pan every 10 minutes for even browning.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes (until fork tender and golden brown and crispy on the outside).
- When done roasting, remove brussels from pan, place in a serving platter, add bacon and top with cheese.
