I am going to show you how I make my delicious, crispy and garlicy green beans. I usually have these at Chinese restaurants in America and they are extremely addicting! If you’re familiar with Din Tai Fung, you probably had this dish. Today, I am going to recreate this at home. I hope you give this recipe a try. I guarantee your family and friends will love it. Ingredients:

1lb Green beans

7 garlic cloves chopped

Salt to taste

Vegetable Oil

Steps:

1. Cut ends of green beans. Green beans should be similar in size.

2. Wash your green beans and completely dry. The green beans must be dried before cooking.

3. Chop garlic.

4. Heat up oil and flash fry your green beans in high heat until your green beans blister.

5. Set your green beans aside, lower the temperature of your fire.

6. Once temperature drops, saute your garlic until fragrant. Discard any extra oil.

7. Return the green beans to the wok and toss with the garlic.

8. Season with salt.

Optional: For added spice, add chili flakes.
