Football season is here and so I wanted to make a simple dish that you can munch on while watching the game. This dish is easy to whip up and is ready in less than 30 minutes. This dish is easy to transport if you are going to a tailgate or pot luck. This dish is inexpensive and perfect for those looking for a delicious budget meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 12 count package of Hawaiian Rolls (12 sliders total)
- 1 tbsn Butter
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- Mayo
- Dijon mustard
- 6 Cold Cut Turkey (Deli slices)
- Swiss Cheese slices
- Kraft American or Cheddar Cheese slices
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Using a serrated knife, slice roll in half and spread as much mayo and dijon mustard as you want on both sides.
- On the bottom part of the roll, place two slices of cold cut turkey on the top, 2 slices in the middle, and on the lower part.
- Repeat with the cheddar cheese and the Swiss cheese.
- Place the top of the roll back and evenly pour butter sauce over the rolls and brush so the top of the rolls are coated with the butter. Let the rolls sit for about 5 minutes before baking so the butter can marinate the tops of the rolls.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 min, bake uncovered for another 3- 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the top is nice and toasted.
- When sliders cool down slice into individual sliders.
