My friend Chrissy was hosting the Pacquiao fight at her house. What is a Filipino “party” without pancit and lumpia? There are a variety of noodle dishes all around the world, and this is one of the Philippine’s noodle dish. It is a rice noodle dish combined with meat and colorful vegetables. It is almost always served during celebrations and birthdays because the noodles symbolized a “longer life”. I was excited to hear that Chrissy’s mother-in-law was going to make this dish and decided to film her.
