Spicy Saigon Style Fried Rice

If you’ve been to San Diego’s OB Noodle House and had their Special House Fried Rice, this is my version of their dish. . It doesn’t taste exactly like theirs, but it’s close to it, and I am happy to say I experimented with my measurements the first time and it came out perfect! I hope you try this delicious fried rice. It has a balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.
