Tapa is a Filipino dish which is cured beef. This dish is usually served for breakfast with fried rice, and egg, and tomato (tapsilog). Tap- tapa, si-sinangag (garlic fried rice), log- itlog (egg). Shaking beef aka Bo luc lac is a quick Vietnamese stir fry recipe. This may not be the authentic way of making this dish, but this is my way. This is a quick dish that you can whip up- marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes (or longer) and stir fry until your liking.
