I love garlic bread. Warm bread coming out of the oven, slathered with soft butter, garlic, and parlsey, in the center, with crispy golden brown crunchy edges. This is definitely a quick and easy side to make for your upcoming Italian dinner theme party or if just feel like eating garlic bread. You can make this even delightful by adding mozzarella cheese to the top before you broil.

Ingredients:

1 stick of unsalted butter (softened)

4 garlic cloves minced

1/8 cup of chopped Italian Parsley

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 loaf of French Bread halved lengthwise

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, parlsey, salt and pepper.
  3. Slather butter on the two halved pieces.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Broil until bread is golden on the edges.
